John Karabian has lived in Los Angeles County his entire life and knows the area, particularly the San Fernando, Santa Clarita, and San Gabriel Valleys, very well. He has been in the mortgage and real estate industry for the last ten years.

He received his B.S. in Business Management from California State University, Northridge, is a licensed real estate broker and is also licensed as a National Mortgage Loan Originator. He is highly skilled in all facets of the real estate industry, including buying, selling, financing, appraisal and property management.

John prides himself on educating his clients and, most importantly, listening to his client’s needs and wants. He is fully committed to representing his client’s interests and brings a balance of firm advocacy and skilled negotiation to each sale. His experience enables him to see through complex and difficult situations and maneuver them to a common ground.
